GrandHedge International Announces Director of Partnership Nadia Owusu to Participate in WIN NRW.Afrika – Innovation Made in NRW Programme

GrandHedge International is proud to announce that Nadia Nana Yaa Owusu, our esteemed Director of Partnership, has been selected to participate in the prestigious WIN NRW.Afrika – Innovation Made in NRW programme. This initiative, organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Action, and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MWIKE), offers an exceptional opportunity for experts and managers from Ghana to collaborate with start-ups and SMEs in Germany.

The programme, which runs from October 1 to November 30, 2024, aims to foster innovation and build strong international networks. Selected participants, such as Ms. Owusu, will gain invaluable exposure to the dynamic business environment in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany. They will be able to familiarize themselves with local business practices, enhance their professional skills, and establish strong connections with German enterprises.

During her stay, Ms. Owusu will focus on connecting and collaborating with businesses in NRW that focus on sustainability and on circular economy, and also nurture partnerships in line with our current project, the SheBlue Initiative - empowering women through clean energy and economic empowerment.

I am honored to be selected for the WIN NRW.Afrika programme. This experience will not only enhance my professional capabilities but also enable me to bring innovative ideas and valuable insights back to GrandHedge International to support our impact projects. I look forward to contributing to the development of strong business ties between Ghana and Germany.
